Tünde Lénárd graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest as an economist in 2016. During her university years, she was a member of the Széchenyi István College for Advanced Studies, where she studied sociology. After graduation, she worked at the Hétfa Research Institute for a year, then she continued her studies, and in 2019 she obtained an MSc degree in Economic Analysis at Eötvös Loránd University.
She joined the Institute of Economics in November 2018. Her main research interests are non-cognitive skills and how they predict inequalities in education, experimental economics and the relationship between institutional changes and educational outcomes.
