Péter Elek is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and a Research Fellow at the Institute of Economics, Centre for Economic and Regional Studies (IE CERS). His research areas are empirical health and labour economics, micro-econometrics and applied statistics.
Péter received his Ph.D in Statistics at ELTE and his master degrees at ELTE (in Mathematics) and Corvinus University of Budapest (in Economics).
